T-minus 3 weeks to Italy 2017

Hello again and welcome back!

3 weeks to the day!  I am getting ridiculously excited and I can barely contain myself.  I have my bag, I have a plan.  The Eurail passes have been ordered.  I would like to mention right now that if you are traveling in a group, there is a 15% discount for you.  What this means is that you get ONE ticket and everyone's names are on this ONE ticket.  So, agree who will get the ticket at the end ahead of time.  I feel I should reference my post about group travel (that, I haven't written yet).  But, I digress.

The excitement is here, the bag is here, the transportation is arranged.  The hotel in Paris is booked and there's only one more step for Paris... but, it's a secret... I'll have to reveal that one later.  Don't want to ruin it for my momma (who might be reading...)  Speaking of which, I have to call my Chase concierge service to make this happen.

Alright, I'm back now.  Let me just say that my concierge person was AMAZING at helping me book this thing I can't tell you about yet.  Chase, Sapphire Reserve is sweeping the floor again!  My mother has ordered her Kuna for Croatia and they are in, but she has not yet picked it up.  This is the time to order any foreign currency you might need for your trip.  I will be stopping at my local banker's desk tomorrow to order said currency.

You should be having a ball planning your trip and you should be relishing in the time you have counting down to your trip.  Many people would wish the time away, but don't.  Enjoy it.  Take your time and be excited. This time last year, I was planning for my Ireland trip and 3 weeks to go, I was doing about the same that I am now.  Check it out if you'd like to learn more.

I'm off to start thinking about wardrobe and continue to plan along the way.

Thanks, y'all!
