A vacation is so much more than a flight and a hotel stay.  It is more than hopping in the car for ten hours and eating fast food along the way.  Vacations are where we find our connections to our fellow man, nature, history, mythology, faith, and ourselves.  This time that we take away from our regular life is time that we can never reproduce. That is the critical part of any trip.  It is a once in a lifetime experience.

Our Travel Designers are here to help you find things that you didn't know you wanted, places you didn't know existed, foods that you can't taste at home, and adventures you didn't know you needed.  Give us a chance to get to know you and design your once in a lifetime adventure around every facet of who you are.

Vacation Packages

CUSTOM DESIGNS AVAILABLE

There are many ways to plan a vacation, but why spend all of your time and energy researching your destination on Pinterest, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and Expedia before you even start the exhausting search of the cheapest airfare or when to go or how to get there. Let me do that for you.

Some people say that if a travel agent is charging you money, walk away. I say if you’re good at something, don’t do it for free. Travel agents link up with big organizations to develop digital relationships with hotel managers and online discounts. They send you to a place they think you’ll like and suggest activities that will get them the highest commission. I don’t do that. I get to know you and together, we plan your perfect vacation.

I have two packages to choose from. Both begin with a one on one consultation where we discuss your dream trip. Think of this like a first date. We’ll get to know each other and see if we have chemistry. Without a healthy relationship between us, I cannot give you what you need. There is no obligation with this first meeting. From here, you can decide whether or not we move forward. The nest step is the design.

$300 | BASIC PACKAGE is just that. Basic. I will design a custom vacation for you complete with all major legs of transportation, lodging, and recommended activities for each day you are away. After this is complete, I will walk you through your designed trip and deliver your DIY Package complete with all of the links needed for you to go and book your vacation on your own. The cost listed on this package is what I would charge you for booking it. It is up to you whether to book with me or do it yourself.

I love this package because I do the heavy lifting and you have the power. That is how the service industry should work. If you prefer to book things yourself for credit card advantages or membership points, I understand. If you prefer to keep it simple and let me keep on with the heavy lifting, you can choose the Charter Package.

CHARTER PACKAGE involves everything from the Basic Package, but I complete your bookings for you. In the DIY Package, there will be a cost listed if you would like to book through me. From that cost a deposit will be due and once that is paid, I will take care of everything. You will receive copies of everything in your tailored Design Package.

Each vacation is tailored to your specific needs, wants, and even those things you don’t know about yet. My goal is to get to know you as my client. I want you to have the best possible trip that you could have and I don’t want you to worry about a thing. Leave the thinking, planning, and booking to me.

In addition to the travel design and planning, I also have accessory bundles available to help take the guesswork out of your vacation. These bundles have been developed over the last decade and are things that I recommend go with you on every vacation. Each bundle is available for a flat rate. Ask me about these during our consultation!

Adventurer Bundle: Everything in the Journeyman Bundle plus Backup Battery, Travel Umbrella, Power Adapter, and a Packing Cube Set
